Cooagronevada is an organic and Fairtrade-certified cooperative in the Sierra Nevada, powered entirely by women. The cooperative is dedicated to improving the lives of its female producers, their families, and their communities.
With Organic, Fair Trade, and Women Care certifications, Cooagronevada guarantees fair prices, gender equality, access to training, and full participation of women throughout the production chain. Ecol Sierra
For international export, Cooagronevada partners with Ecol Sierra, a company specialized in exporting organic and specialty coffee. Ecol Sierra protects farmers’ interests in global markets, guarantees safe and fair working conditions, ensures organic traceability from farm to shipment, avoids subcontracting (so more value reaches the farming families) and prioritizes the conservation of local flora and fauna.
